Because our products are instantly downloadable digital PDF files, sales are generally final once the purchase is completed and download access has been provided.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We provide full, hassle-free refunds in the following scenarios:

Duplicate Charges: If your card or UPI account was accidentally charged twice for a single order.
Download Failure: If you paid successfully but faced a technical error that prevented you from receiving or downloading your file, and our support team could not resolve it within 24 hours.
